This is an immersive horror game where you have to find your dog by shouting for "ROY" on your microphone. Microphone input is totally optionally and can be turned off which will switch to voice-acting instead for calling, but microphone input is highly recommended for the full experience.

Rotten Flesh is a cosmic horror survival game where you have just lost your dog named Roy and you have to find him by shouting for "ROY" on your microphone. Venture deep into the sewers where your dog was lost - however, something else can also hear your screams in the tunnels... and they are not human.
TRIGGER WARNING: This game may be disturbing to some audience as it contains cosmic horror, fear, jumpscares, loud sounds and the enemy can also hear your voice from your microphone input.
You as the loving owner that you are have to find your dog by shouting for "ROY" on your microphone. If your dog is near, Roy will bark back to you - however something else can also hear your screams .. and it's not Roy. Go into a terrifying journey to find a man's best friend in this PSX-Style horror game. Solve puzzles, find weapons to survive and fight your way through to get back your beloved dog Roy, only if you dare. That's what good owners do.
Use your microphone to call for 'Roy'. If your dog is near, he will bark back to you - Will you survive?
Rotten Flesh is a horror survival game made by one developer at Steelkrill Studio. This is objective-finding game with puzzles to solve, and terrifying encounters, inventory system, stamina, pistols, shooting mechanics, microphone input and a lot more features. Why does this game use the same map as Callout?
SteelKrill Studio! OMG! This is one of if NOT the SCARIEST games I have ever played! I was so scared I couldn't even react at spots! AMAZING WORK!

What a great concept! Really like this game!
So, I want to start off by saying that I have played dozens of indie horror games over the past 9 months and this is by far the scariest one I have ever played period. The ambiance throughout this game is absolutely insane and keeps you tense for the entire duration of the game. You just never know what the hell is going to happen next! I simultaneously adore this game and completely hate it (simply because it took like 5 years off of my life). What can I say except, fantastic job Steelkrill! Please keep this up! The future of indie horror is looking bright! 😊

I love the graphic style and over all gameplay isn't bad at all!
I did not like the blinking. Didn't use the voice mic mechanic as it made it hard to talk to chat since the stalker is on you at all times and not just at random. The gun for rats was just hilarious. My fav part is the room with the passcode. I won't spoil it c:

Great game. This game has it all, it has the spooks, it has the scares and its got the HORROR!
I really enjoyed this game! It was scary and the atmosphere was spot on!
What a wonderfully terrifying experience this was. Listening to the monster wander around in the dark off screen while it's asking me to come out and babbling about wanting my skin was absolutely chilling. The sound design, visuals and atmosphere are spot on, the ending was a real surprise treat. 10/10
